A new study of 1,000 workers in Europe found that stressful jobs accounted for 45 per cent of new cases of depression. The factors which the scientists isolated as being especially important were excessive demands on the job and extreme time pressures. Not only did they find that these workers, with an average age of 32, were experiencing a high percentage of job-related stress-induced depression, but there appeared to be a 40 percent increase in reports from workers of job stress. http://www.xanax-effects.com/

Welcome to MyPark

Hi everybody! This is my first blog. I've been introduced to this world of blogging in a two hour course in May 22nd, 2007 on blogging. The result of the course is SalinePark. Why SalinePark??? Saline is a nickname given to me by my dear friends during our university years... a period of knowledge quest. I am not saying that the acquisition of knowledge end right away after we finish study. For me, knowledge is a lifelong matter. Thus, for me, Saline represents knowledge. I hope SalinePark will soon become a favourite platform for all of you who want to gain and share knowledge and information. ...and if you find SalinePark is useful, don't forget to invite your friends to visit SalinePark.
